The school begin with the pre-school or kinder gar-teen, then elementary or primary, then to the secondary education, and after, they will proceed to vocational, college, and university. There are two types of school being operated, the private and government operated. The private school are those that are own by individual, religious group, and corporations, and the government school are those that are being maintained, supervised, and funded by the government.
Management is the organization and coordination of the activities in an enterprise in accordance with certain
policies and in achievement of defined objectives. It is the management of human and non-human resources. In school management, it deals with the management of human, physical facilities, and resources. Every items is govern with the different rules and policies existing inside and outside. The inside rules and policies are formulated inside school will explain and put things into detail. The outside rules and policies are existing laws in the government that will guide every authorities in controlling schools. The rules and laws that govern school management sometimes change or amend depending on its use, because sometime others rules are not suited to the present situation.
